Message From Anne Woods - State Trial Secretary - September 2010
STATE AGILITY, JUMPING AND GAMES TRIAL
Just a few things that you might like to know before you get to the trial. As the only usable ground at KCC Park is the front lawn, we are putting up 6 rings on the front lawn to accommodate the trial. Obviously this will mean that there will not be any area between the rings to put up tents, canopies etc. There will be room around the periphery of the lawn area, so we suggest you put up camp next to your car wherever possible.
With a large entry of 608 in the trial and the Top Dog events to be run at approx. 12 noon, it would be appreciated if we could all work together to keep the trial running as smoothly as possible. With this in mind we have a maximum walking time of 15 minutes per class during the day. We will endeavour to have the rings ready as early as possible on Saturday morning to allow you more time for the first classes which will start at 8.30am sharp. The only exception to this 15 minutes is Master Agility B in the afternoon which will be given 30 minutes walking time due to the high numbers in this class.
For those competing in Master Classes, please note that there has been a change to the flyer that was handed out at Hastings regarding two walkings for the Master Jumping B class in the afternoon. This ring will be set up in Ring 6 (Top Jumping Dog Ring) and will be available for walking whilst the Master Agility B is being run. This should give all competitors the opportunity to walk the ring. The Master Jumping B class will start at the completion of the Master Agility B class and as soon as the Judge and Stewards change from Ring 3 to Ring 6.
The two walkings for the Master Agility A in the morning will still exist.

Thanking you in advance for your co-operation,
